POLICY

• Rooms are $140/night plus tax (up to two people).

• Full breakfast served at 8:30 AM.

• Deposit required within one week of making the reservation.

• If deposit is not received within one week of making the reservation, the reservation is cancelled.

• Arrival time is after 3:00pm.

• Check out is by 11:00am.

• Payment is check, cash, or money order.

• Non-smoking facility.

• No pets.

• Not recommended for people with pet allergies.

• Race weekend and special events require minimum stay and different pricing.
